Design & Tech Pack
Share your concept, sketch, or reference. Our design team creates a full tech pack with measurements, construction details, and material specs — approved by you before we proceed.
Sample Development
We produce a pre-production sample in your chosen fabric with all details — fit, stitching, prints, labels. You review and we revise until perfect. Typical turnaround: 7–10 days.
Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, full-scale production begins. In-line QC checks at cutting, sewing, printing, and finishing stages. We send progress photos weekly.
Inspection & Shipping
Final AQL 2.5 inspection on every order. Your hoodies are pressed, folded, packaged, and shipped via air or sea freight — with tracking and documentation.

Common questions about custom manufacturing
What's your minimum order quantity?+
We start at 100 pieces per style. For new clients, 100–300 pcs is typical for a first order. As our relationship grows, we can accommodate larger volumes up to 50,000+ pieces per month.
How long does sampling take?+
Sample development takes 7–10 business days from tech pack approval. Complex designs with multiple decoration techniques may take up to 14 days. We ship samples via DHL Express (3–5 days worldwide).
Can you match a reference sample?+
Yes — send us your reference hoodie and we'll reverse-engineer the pattern, fabric, fit, and finishes. This is one of our most common requests and our team excels at it.
What quality standards do you follow?+
We inspect to AQL 2.5 (Acceptable Quality Level) as standard. This means we randomly sample and check each order — if defects exceed 2.5%, the entire batch is re-inspected and corrected before shipping.
